Empowering Youth Workers for LGBTQI+ Inclusion

The RainbowUp project aims to effectively include LGBTQI+ individuals in society and prevent their marginalization. By empowering youth workers with new knowledge and tools, RainbowUp enhances their ability to support LGBTQI+ youth, fostering a culture of inclusion within European communities.

Through comprehensive resources like a best-practices handbook and the innovative RainbowAPP, the project provides youth workers with practical guidance to better assist LGBTQI+ youth. The RainbowAPP also serves as a direct support tool for young LGBTQI+ individuals, guiding them to appropriate resources and help centers.

By raising awareness across the EU about the importance of inclusivity, RainbowUp aligns with Europe’s commitment to diversity and social cohesion. Through practical resources and community engagement, the project strengthens support systems, promoting acceptance and reducing marginalization.
